Responsibilities:

• Prepare shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, arrival notice, declare import and export permit
• Liaise with customer for their shipment
• Maintain inventory accuracy on WMS system
• Communicate with overseas agents for shipments
• Send tally sheets to customers after shipment arrived and unstuffed in our warehouse
• Prepare Warehouse release order for cargo release or pick up by Customer from our warehouse
• Prepare invoice to bill customers

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess min GCE 'O' Levels or Diploma, any field
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding/ Logistics
• Possess good communication and customer service skills
