Responsibilities:
- Prepare shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, arrival notice, declare import and export permit
- Liaise with customer for their shipment
- Maintain inventory accuracy on WMS system
- Communicate with overseas agents for shipments
- Send tally sheets to customers after shipment arrived and unstuffed in our warehouse
- Prepare Warehouse release order for cargo release or pick up by Customer from our warehouse
- Prepare invoice to bill customers
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess min GCE 'O' Levels or Diploma, any field
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding/ Logistics
- Possess good communication and customer service skills
