Job Description

The Marketing Intern will be supporting and assisting the Marketing Manager(SG/MY) in the activities in relation to the development, execution, and measurement offline and online marketing activity including (digital) marketing strategies that support strategic goals. The role will provide hands-on support with internal stakeholders such as sales team, logistics and regional marketing , and external stakeholders such as vendors/agencies to support prospecting and execution of plans.

Essential Functions

Assist marketing manager in conducting market, competition and audience behavior analysis and research. Analyze & derive insights from market data (CLI/ GFK/internal sales data/ retailer sell out data/ wearer count)

Develop and execute marketing activities/campaign, providing ROI report for each completed activities/campaign.

Coordinate marketing materials (ATL and BTL) and monitor the usage and effectiveness.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure that they are briefed on marketing programs and be actively involved in

partnership marketing programs with key customers

Managing A&P, creative and other relevant agencies related to marketing activities and projects, included PO issuing & invoice processing, monthly A&P tracking / reports

Assist marketing manager on new product launch process included providing info according to new product launch template, & initial and monitor on NPLCO/ AGILE process

Perform all relevant tracking on sales and marketing metrics, marketing updates and reporting.

Work with cross functional teams, regional marketing and professional services team for alignment of strategy and marketing KPIs.

  • Performs other duties related to marketing and/ or brand management are required.

 

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong team player with ability to work cross functionally with sales, customer service team, finance and regulatory etc

Strong time and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

A self-starter, with the ability to thrive within a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Demonstrated ability to take initiatives, think and work independently, work in teams and focus on delivering assigned work.

  • Experience:
  • Preferably Business students with Marketing background
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign, etc.)

Experience with researching/writing/editing promotional content for seminars, customer meetings (B2B), email, blogs etc

Education:

Relevant studies in Marketing / Business/ Communications Management and other related courses.
