Job Description
Reporting to the senior leaders at Caliber8 Recruitment, the key measures of success in this role will be (but not limited to):
• Sourcing - identify and develop a network of candidates that will meet the needs of the assignments and ensure timely delivery
• Lead Generation - drive activities, events, meetings for the purpose of networking and generating leads that are of commercial important for the business
• Data Entry - use data, recruitment tool to input and manage data
• Engagement - use social media, events, reach out to prospects as an engagement tool to connect with potential candidates
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for colleagues with:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree students specialising in Business or relevant stream
• Ambitious individual looking to learn and make in-roads
• Proficient in MS Office- Word, Excel or PowerPoint
