This position reports to the Operations & Marketing Manager interfaces with Directors and Consultants.
Individual to be involved in:
1. Data entry and verification of data
2. Processing outgoing payments and speaking to customers to request for payments
3. Collecting documents from different office sites, organizing, compiling and scanning
4. Assisting with the preparation of annual accounting and tax reports
5. Processing expense claims
6. Uploading invoices onto Accounting software and liasing with Accountants
7. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
8. Ensure timely bank payments
