Job Description
1. Handle phone calls
2. Manage customer enquiries and feedback via various feedback channels (Email, website, app, phone calls)
3. Coordinate with the operation team and work towards meeting customer requirements
4. Work closely with all functional departments to provide a one stop solution for customer
5. To perform weekly report
6. To perform other job related duties as assigned by reporting manager
