ComfortDelGro is one of the world’s largest land transport companies with global operations spanning across seven countries – Singapore, Australia, China, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Vietnam, and Malaysia.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the coordination of the assigned projects and liaison with the relevant external and internal stakeholder
• Assist in formulation of strategies, action plans and target tracking of projects
• Assist in tracking and monitoring of the overall performance metrics
• Assist in on-going data/dashboard projects with Data Analytics team
• Assist in project management, documentations and rollout of solutions
• Collaborate with data engineers, business, and operation teams to provide statistics or business data that can help to drive business insights 

Learning Outcomes & Objectives

• Develop stakeholder management skills when liaising with different overseas counterparts for management meetings 
• Develop the ability to interpret portfolio data, and how to organise the data into useful info for varied users through data dashboarding 
• Gain more hands-on training in the using of analytical software like Power BI 
• Learn strategy planning and development skills when working on the PMG strategic roadmap
• Gain an ability to apply rigorous and thorough research methodology into research that is properly supported by facts
• Enhance project management and stakeholder management skills when coordinating with different functions/users in different data-related projects such as dashboard building etc
• Final year students are preferred (Opportunity to convert into full time)

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Statistics or equivalent 
• Possesses adequate knowledge of analytics and visualization tools like PowerBI
• Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills and use it to support and drive strategic plans
• Meticulous, organised and comfortable with numbers 
• Good business acumen
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Able to think laterally, grasp and communicate complex strategy concepts with clarity
• Dynamic and highly motivated, with a forward-thinking mindset
