Job Description
HR Intern #1 - Employee Experience & Engagement
- Analyse market trends on employee experience and engagement activities
- Propose a roadmap with action plans
- Propose evaluation tools and metrics to measure success of roadmap and plans
- Plan and design digital content to support employee engagement activities
- Research and manage vendors for coordination of engagement activities
HR Intern #2 - Recruitment and Employee Branding on LinkedIn & Analytics
- Facilitate selection and assessment of applicants
- Plan and coordinate recruitment activities such as career fairs/talks
- Plan and design digital content to support talent attraction efforts which includes but not limited to social media platforms and talent engagement events
- Increase followers on LinkedIn page
- Create LinkedIn post to create positive employee branding
- Research on other LinkedIn pages and improve our LinkedIn presence
- Research on job advertisements and propose improvements to our LinkedIn job advertisements
