HR Intern #1 - Employee Experience & Engagement

• Analyse market trends on employee experience and engagement activities
• Propose a roadmap with action plans
• Propose evaluation tools and metrics to measure success of roadmap and plans
• Plan and design digital content to support employee engagement activities
• Research and manage vendors for coordination of engagement activities

HR Intern #2 - Recruitment and Employee Branding on LinkedIn & Analytics 

• Facilitate selection and assessment of applicants
• Plan and coordinate recruitment activities such as career fairs/talks
• Plan and design digital content to support talent attraction efforts which includes but not limited to social media platforms and talent engagement events
• Increase followers on LinkedIn page
• Create LinkedIn post to create positive employee branding
• Research on other LinkedIn pages and improve our LinkedIn presence
• Research on job advertisements and propose improvements to our LinkedIn job advertisements
