Angeline Suparto established Angeline Suparto & Company and its Jakarta associated office in 2001. The firm was corporatised and renamed to Angeline Suparto Law Corporation (ASLC) in November 2011 and is closely associated with Tuah and Suparto (formerly known as Dau & Tuah), a law firm in Jakarta.
ASLC is a boutique law firm specialising in corporate and commercial law in Singapore, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions involving the Indonesian market, which has grown steadily into one of the key investment hubs in Asia. Through ASLC’s “on the ground” presence in Indonesia through Tuah & Suparto and its strategic partnerships with numerous trade organisations ASLC has a competitive edge in the professional services it provides.

Legal Intern, period of commitment is negotiable
It is expected that the Intern will assist in the regional corporate practice of the Firm such as:
a. Amending legal documents under supervision (for law students only);
b. Assisting in the drafting of simple documents under supervision;
c. Preparing simple legal research under supervision; and
d. Other admin duties as may be assigned by the management of the Firm from time to time.
Working hours: 09:00 AM - 06:30 PM (Including 1 Hour Lunch Break) Every Mon - Friday
May have to work from home due to COVID-19 restrictions.
