Job Description

Role of E-Commerce Operations Specialist:

  • Coordinate and fulfill online orders
  • Upload and maintain online listings
  • Maintain online stocks
  • Create refunds and discounts for out-of-stock items if required
  • Assist in scheduling timely deliveries
  • Capture payments for orders made
  • Check-out products at the point-of-sale system
  • Pick and pack items from the retail store, according to orders

Skills and Abilities:

  • Possess excellent communication, time-management and organizational skills
  • Highly responsible and reliable
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow team members as part of a team
  • Able to commit to a five and half work per week
