Main Responsibility & Requirements

• Prepare seafood products
• Assist customers in selection when required

Chief Cashier cum Confidential Assistant

Full-Time: From $1800

Main Responsibility & Requirements

• Maintain the cash balance held in the safe for the purpose of servicing cash register floats and ensure sufficient coins and notes for making changes to the checkout operators at all time
• Verify the amount received from cash pick-ups and balance the individual cash register with the Daily Cash Till Summary to investigate on any excess or shortage found
• Record and bank in cash received
• Ensure daily bank-in of all cash, cheques and foreign currencies collected from store sales intakes, payment of credit accounts and Concessionaires through depositing into the safe daily
• Disburse petty cash payments in respect of petty cash requisition form endorsed by Store Manager
• Prepare and submit in time to the Accounts Department all daily and monthly financial documents and summaries, as verified and endorsed by the Store Manager, for end month closing.
• Maintain proper documentation and correct filing for audit check conducted by Store Manager and Internal Auditor to be in compliance with Internal Audit standards.
• Assist in Checkout Department to operate a cash register and to provide a high standard of customer service as per the cashier’s job description.
• Advice and assist Checkout Operators in maintaining cashiering disciplinary and adhering to the company’s cash handling policies and procedures. 
• Ensure strict adherence to the company’s policies and procedures enumerated in the Store Cash Policies and Procedures Manual with no exception and discrepancy observed.
• Any other duties as assigned
