Customer Success Specialist - Work From Home
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist who will be engaging business leads to generate trials for our new analytical tool. This is a part-time/freelance arrangement which may be converted to a full time position.
What you will be doing
- Find and generate leads through researching online
- Perform outbound B2B call to potential clients
- Send emails to reach out to potential customers
- Explain our tool and available plan to prospects
- Keep records of telemarketing activities
Who we are looking for
- English and Mandrain speaking
- Enthusiastic, customer oriented and highly motivated
- Positive, optimistic and persistent
- Preferably have prior experience in TeleSales and Direct Marketing
