to support and effectively support the Conference on 11 - 13 September 2024
- Procure for supplies and act as a negotiator to obtain cost-effective prices
- Logistics management
- Provide support in phone / email correspondences.
- Coordinate with Events company and vendors including panellists / speakers
- Provide support in any ad-hoc projects/tasks assigned.
- Brainstorm concepts & theme of all events
- Small team, require you to be super hands-on
- On-site support to set up CAA booth and event support
- Send correspondence to invitees and close follow-up for sponsors and media
- Ticket management
- Dinner table management
- Guest lists management
Requirements
- Able to commit until September event
- Be able to prioritize and multitask
- Attention to detail - be well-organised
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & wordpress
