Primary Purpose
You will join a dynamic retail business environment and be part of Asia Compensation team to support the analysis and development of Rewards strategy in SEA. You will gain good exposure to compensation & benefits initiatives and gain hands-on data management and analytics experience.
During the internship, you will have the opportunity to..
- Develop a dashboard using Tableau to support salary benchmarking and incentive reviews
- Strengthen analytical skill and sharpen number driven skills
- Gain comprehensive understanding of compensation structure including incentives plans, equity and benefits programs
- Participate in relocation experience improvement project by:
- Document E2E process flow and develop process checklist
- Driving Tableau automation on tax and salary proposal template
- Design rewards communication materials and update relevant HR portals
We are particularly interested in students who are/have
- Pursuing a Business or Science degree with relevant major/minor in analytics
- Demonstrates the Tapestry values: Optimist, Innovative and Inclusive
- Good analytical skills; working knowledge of Tableau will be highly advantageous
- Team player and has effective project management skills
- Highly curious, proactive and collaborative on all aspects
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and utilize resources when needed
