Our flagship product, Weborion® Web Defacement Monitor, is used by large enterprise customers such as Banks, Government, Telcos, and Large Forbes Global 2000 companies spread across Asia including Australia, Indonesia, India, Philippines, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Event-based IT Technical Support (Temp / Part-time)
We are looking for Technical Support Staff to provide enterprise-level assistance for a cybersecurity challenge event. The event will involve at least 500 participants.
The responsibilities of the Technical Support Staff include engaging the inquiries of participants, resolving general and challenge-related issues, and escalating any inquiries to appropriate internal teams if necessary e.g. L2 Technical Support staff. You will use Discord as a platform to interact with participants and their queries in the created text channels. For more complex problems that require nuanced instruction, you will use the call functions in Discord.
Days required:
1. One day between 17 – 19 Dec 8am – 6pm
2. 20 Dec 7am - 9pm
3. A short briefing prior to 17 Dec (date TBC, 1hr)
You will be remunerated at $15 per hour.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ask participants targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
- Track any queries through to resolution
- Help participants through a series of actions, either via Discord text channels or Discord calls until they have answered their queries
- Provide prompt and accurate solutions to participants’ queries
- Refer to internal database or resources to provide accurate solutions
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
- Maintain jovial relationships with participants
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Singaporean/PR only
- Fully vaccinated
- Able to work at our office site
- Existing Polytechnic/Junior College/University students or graduates are welcome to apply
- Familiarity with Discord and good internet knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
