Product Marketing Assistant (4 months contract)

As one of the top skin care companies worldwide, with a strong position in Europe and the Americas and growth accelerating in Asia, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Assistant (4 months contract) based in Singapore.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

LAUNCH/TRADE MARKETING SUPPORT

  • Assist the Marketing team in the consolidation of all the assets to prepare a smooth execution of 360 marketing briefs
  • Support in the implementation of the campaign launches inclusive of out-of-home media assets delivery, event logistical management and POS materials creation (leaflets, product sleeves, product guides, showcards, video editing etc)

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT 

  • Responsible for raising PO/PR for marketing expenses and invoice submission
  • Assist to record and track all marketing expenses
  • Create codes for all TR exclusive sets and POS materials in a timely manner
  • Provide support to the team for all the presentations and event organizations whenever required
  • Assist with product requisition and courier arrangement

OTHERS:

  • Build and maintain a monthly competitive intelligence (new product development, pricing, 360 trade activation, animation, best practice etc...)

Other responsibilities may be added to the above, which are consistent with the title of Product Marketing Assistant (4 Months Contract). 

YOU HAVE:

  • University graduate in Business/Marketing discipline or any other relevant field
  • Good operational background
  • Data savvy and sensitive to numbers
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint Skills required
