As one of the top skin care companies worldwide, with a strong position in Europe and the Americas and growth accelerating in Asia, we’re looking for a FP&A Analyst Intern (Jul - Dec 2022) based in Singapore.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Compare the theoretical billing prices to the actual invoiced prices in the commercial system, identifying the sources of discrepancies and implementing necessary corrective actions.
• Review the transfer price components and simulate different scenarios, updating the price structures of APAC countries depending on the level of minimum billing and production cost by SKU.
• Ensure regional compliance with the Group chart of accounts, challenging the countries analytical accounting settings by P&L line and by channel of distribution in view of the new Finance ERP implementation.
• Participate in the monthly closing process with preparation and review of the financial package reporting to the Group, interaction with regional Head of Departments to analyze gaps versus budget.

YOU HAVE:

• Business or Finance-related degree
• No particular experience required but generally eager to learn and discover a fast pace business in a multi-cultural and dynamic international company
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• English Fluency
• Display a high degree of responsibility, integrity, attentive to details with an investigative nature
• Time management efficiency and capable of prioritizing
• Accurate, detailed-oriented and organized
