Job Description
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives i.e. company-wide events, seminars, snacks day, etc
- Keeping our internal database up to date
- Assist the team with operational matters such as leave administration, preparation of letters, contracts, or other documents
- Provide support in new hires onboarding
- Liaise with internal and external partners (e.g. business units, government-related entities, external organizations, candidates, vendors, suppliers, visitors)
Job Requirements:
- Preferably a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or Business equivalent qualitifications
- Positive attitude with good oral and written communication skills
- Adept at use of Microsoft, Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint
- Keen interest and initiative to learn, self-driven and a team player
- Candidate with no experience are welcome as training will be provided
