Eligibility Criteria (IMPORTANT)
All trainees must fulfil the following criteria:
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and a. Graduated in 2024 or 2025 from Universities, Polytechnics, Institutes of Technical Education (ITE), or other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
- Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024 or 2025
- Trainees who complete their studies from Universities, Polytechnics, Institutes of Technical Education (ITE) or other Educational Institutions within 2025 but will only receive their qualification/certification award in 2026 are eligible for the programme as well.

About This Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Product Associate Trainee to support the full lifecycle of product development. The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, business units and engineering teams to ensure high-quality outcomes through launch and improvement of Circles.Life’s products. This role demands strong communication skills, structured problem solving, analytical thinking, and the ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration.
What you will be doing
- Support end-to-end product management, including scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Assist in project management of the product lifesycle and monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Manage product governance, including regular reporting to stakeholders and steering committees
- Facilitate effective cross-workstream collaboration across business, technical, and product teams.
- Organize meetings, workshops, and review sessions to drive progress, alignment, and decision-making.
- Maintain a centralized repository of structured documentation capturing key problem statement definitions and solution approach.
- Support data analysis related to product performance.
- Conduct regular product reviews to capture lessons learned and recommend improvements.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
- Ability to manage projects with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools will be an advantage (e.g., Asana, JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence, MS Project).
- Strong problem-solving attitude, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and find solutions.
- Highly adaptable to changes and shifting priorities.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, able to build trust and influence at both working and management levels.
- Strong communicator (verbal and written) who can consolidate complex inputs into clear, actionable insights.
