Business/Revenue acquisitions roles:
1.To assist on daily extraction and analytics for Islamic Banking dept.
2.To assist on promotions including liaising with internal colleagues and internal training/briefing
3.To assist on verification of customer data for SMS or mail notifications to customers
4.To assist prepare adhoc and monthly reports for Islamic Banking department
Process enhancements roles:
1.To handle/prepare marketing materials e.g. FAQs, T&Cs on Islamic Consumer products
2.To propose process improvement(s) for Islamic products and promotions
3.To handle/prepare presentation slides for pitching to new clients including trainings;
4.To handle system testing for new and existing products including new enhancements to systems
