Responsibilities:

• Execute and contribute to development of business strategies
• Close monitoring of competition
• Develop marketing campaigns in conjunction with other stakeholders such as Sales and Marketing to increase sales volume
• Ensure compliance to internal product development policies, banking regulations and guidelines
• Work with Sales, Operations and other stakeholders to streamline processes
• Provide administrative support for seeking approval of legal clauses and documents, approval of lawyers, valuers and other agents, MIS reporting etc.
• Consolidate business MIS from upstream sources
• Participate in digital projects
• Develop and execute portfolio retention strategies
• Execute portfolio rate revisions
• Monitor attrition rates
• Close monitoring of competition
