Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the team on marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive card acquisition and card members spends, engagement and create card stickiness
- Assist on competitor analysis tracking
- Assist to liaise with merchants on marketing campaigns
- Assist to draft marketing agreements for internal stakeholders signoff and renewal of marketing agreements
- Assist to develop training materials for campaigns and program briefs
- Update weekly business dashboard and inventory management (when necessary)
- Provide support for invoice processing and any other administrative matters
- Collaborate with call centre to manage key concerns and any service related issues to ensure smooth customer resolution
- Assist on Cardmembers’ resolution via email queries and assist at the branch on customers’ enquiries during peak season
- Prepare regular reports necessary to track performance and effectiveness of channels and programs inclusive of consolidate business MIS for post campaign analysis
