Job Description

We have a great role available in our APAC Regional HR Team for 9 months. The is a Talent & Development Consultant role, reporting to our APAC Head of Talent & Development.

In this role your primary responsibility will be to manage the annual performance and talent review at a regional level. Other responsibilities include managing the talent portal, the LMS and our Jive intranet page. You may also have the opportunity to project manage or design and develop talent learning programs at a regional level.

To achieve success in this role you must be organised, meticulous, responsive and able to manage multiple stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment.

This is a great opportunity for you to get exposure to managing and developing talent in a region that covers 12 countries

Education

Preferably university degree, majoring in HR, instructional design or similar fields

Relevant Experience & Skills

• 2-10 years’ experience in developing & delivering corporate training; and/or managing performance and talent in an organization

• Experience leading cross-border projects in a multi-national organization desirable

• Experience in using talent portal and LMS highly desirable

• Experience in Jive and/or other intranet content authoring tools desirable

• Expert knowledge of office IT packages (inc. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) mandatory

• Ability to work with large data sets with an attention to detail

• Experience of analysing information and presenting reports in a clear and concise manner

• Ability to maintain appropriate level of confidentiality with employee sensitive data

• Highly organised - able prioritize and manage a portfolio of projects and deliverables

• Ability to develop a network of relationships and work effectively in a matrixed environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Areas of Responsibility


Performance & Talent Management

• Manage the annual performance and talent review exercise by working closely with Country HR and business leaders

• Provide advice and guidance on performance and talent review, as well as facilitating calibration across APAC

• Provide professional advice and support to the Regional Talent and Development team in the areas of talent data analysis and reporting

• Update and maintain employee performance and talent metrics

• Provide advice and guidance on talent identification and development

• Design and deliver talent and learning programs to support the talent agenda if needed

T&D Portal Management

• Manage the talent portal, LMS and Regional T&D intranet page

Project Management

• Manage talent / learning projects, including work outsourced to external vendors
