Co-ordinates all administrative tasks related to digital projects from initial stages to completion, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- The ability to manage and deliver small and large scale projects/budgets
- Experience with project estimation (scoping, key activities, deliverables, assumptions, etc)
- Knowledge & experience working on digital / and or insurance related projects
- Experience with risk assessment and project scheduling
- The ability to multitask (across projects and functions)
- The ability to prepare all project documentation, including production / project plans, statements of work, and status reports
- Experience effectively managing expectations with stakeholders
- Experience holding responsibility for project delivery and financial management
- Experience working with external vendors
Key qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience managing digital projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Keynote, Powerpoint, and the Google Suite of online tools.
- Highly evolved organization skills
- Knowledge of general web technologies
- Knowledge of project management tools, best practices and processes
- Relentless attention to detail and follow through
