Job Description
- Buying coordination including sending invites, booking meeting room, request of aircon extension, ordering meals etc.
- Consolidate and localized collection mapping for each season
- Prepare consolidated trunk list and monitor reception
- Manage & liaise with Logistics & Ops on trunk rack door-to-door transfer based on rotation schedule
- Assist in physical collection training
- Prepare the routine reports including but not limited to, SOH, SKU etc.
- Perform the necessary sales update on the assigned category
- Work together the category lead on launches
- Disseminate and Consolidate collection feedbacks from all boutiques
- Regional request submission and follow ups with Merch team and retail team
- Providing general assistance during Regional and HQ Merchandising Team Visits, including but not limited to agenda planning and circulation, arranging gifs, booking restaurants, preparing relevant reports
- Providing general assistance during events, including price list, catogue preparation, reception monitoring for key pieces etc.
