Job Description
Event Planning & Support
- Support Regional Client Marketing team & work closely with local marketing managers in the development of their event proposals to ensure a smooth coordination with HQ departments.
- Assist the Regional Client Marketing team in the planning of events.
- Identify innovative and distinctive animation concepts adapted to the different countries client profiles to propose to HQ for the launch of collections in stores.
- Handle and track logistics for international shipments of event tools/props.
Event Reporting
- Collect each post-event reports and conduct in-depth analysis to develop the Regional Client marketing collection analysis/reports
- Compile quarterly competitor reports
Client Treatment
- Manage gifting orders from HQ and oversee the gifts logistics & re-invoicing to countries within the regions
Team support
- Support to prepare the department presentations
