Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Chilli Api Catering Pte Ltd is looking for a Procurement Analyst who is passionate about managing and running procurement projects involving with restaurants supervisors, and chefs. Specific responsibilities of the Procurement Analyst’s role include:

  • Manage procurement projects end to end including liaison with restaurant supervisors, chefs
  • Manage and clean up the intricacies of master data of dishes
  • Manage myriad of master data with close communications with kitchen chef
  • Cleanse data using Python
  • Project manage several projects to go live. This includes gathering requirements, firming up the process, testing of systems, and liaising with vendors on system issues.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business analytics and system process requirements and implement them in line with strategic direction
  • Work closely with functional users in computer troubleshooting and answering IT questions.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Performing requirements analysis.
  • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
  • Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
  • Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Performing user acceptance testing.
  • Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
  • Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
  • Managing competing resources and priorities.
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE

  • Working with vendor to maintain network, hardware and software
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • An undergrad, or poly student, or diploma or bachelor’s degree in business or related field
