Job Description

We are looking for students looking to gain experience and exposure in the Hotel/Hospitality Industry, particularly at Front Desk/Front Office.

The internship will possibly be between 4 to 6 month.

The intern will have the opportunity to work in our Front Office team, tasks include but not limited to:

  • Be part of our front office service team to perform duties including reservations, check-in, check outs, concierge, and service ambassador and cashiering.
  • Opportunity to learn and pick up knowledge on Property Management System (PMS) required to perform the role
  • Perform all duties and tasks in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Ensure guests’ requests and queries are attended to promptly, politely and efficiently
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently maintained and exceed guests’ expectations 

The intern should possess the following requirement:

  • Able and enjoy interacting with people of all levels
  • Highly motivated and willing to learn
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team and independently


We accept students under the formal school term internship program or students who wish to gain exposure during their school holidays.
