Vmacro Management Consultancy Pte Ltd – Finance Intern

Vmacro Management Consultancy Pte Ltd offers a full range of professional services in the areas of accounting, tax, payroll, company formation, corporate secretarial and business advisory services. 

• Assist with book-keeping (AP and AR) and preparation for month-end closing  
• Reconciliation of general ledger accounts
• Assist in preparation of financial statements
• Prepare individual and corporate tax computation and submit tax returns
• To draft corporate secretarial documents such as minutes of meetings, resolutions, Annual Reports and other documentations
• Perform due diligence tasks and ensure compliance of files with relevant laws of Singapore and compliance with internal policy and procedures
• Preparation of XBRL report
• Provide clerical support on other projects or duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Able to commit for at least 3 months  

• For this internship, the scope of job will depend on the progress, capability and willingness of the person.

• Prior working experience are preferred but not essential. Training in accounting, tax and other statutory filings will given to the incumbents who are aspiring Chartered Accountants. 

• Candidate who can work part-time on a longer term basis will have an advantage.
