Responsibilities:

• Conduct training to instill basic retail knowledge in new retail staff
• Share retail expertise and knowledge
• Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced retail staff
• Counsel poor performing staff
• Conduct ground observations and submit reports/feedback to HR

Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of Employment Act, local labour legislations and other statutory requirements
• Experience in retail will be advantageous
• Retail and customer service expertise and knowledge preferred
• Good communication skills
• Observant and make good judgements
• Willing to travel to multiple locations
• Willing to work on selected weekends when required
