GENERAL NATURE & SCOPE OF DUTIES
Perform incoming shipment receiving :
- Check incoming parts against the document
- Visual Inspection of parts.
- Perform acceptance in our MDS system
- Put labels on bags
- Put parts out to designated bin location
Outgoing shipment :
- Pick and pack parts according to pick list
- Make sure the correct part and quantity are picked
- Put labels on bags and cartons
- Create Delivery order, packing list, and invoice for shipment. (using MS excel)
Replenish inventories at customer sites (may need to put on clean room full smog suit)
Maintain inventory data integrity in MDS.
Perform regular physical stock count/cycle count.
Upkeep warehouse cleanliness / 5S.
Assist warehouse supervisor in ensuring smooth operations.
SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED
Efficient in MS Office.
SPECIFIC EDUCATION REQUIRED
Secondary school equivalent or higher.
DEGREE OF SUPERVISORY SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
2 years of relevant working experience in a similar field.
