The Job

This is an exciting role where you will build a portfolio of clients who are looking to accelerate their growth by building borderless teams. You will liaise with senior decision-makers in different industries across countries to understand their talent needs and advise them on the appropriate solutions to help them achieve their outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering monthly new sales targets by managing a pipeline of opportunities generated via incoming leads as well as your own prospecting.
  • Nurturing prospective clients through the full sales process from product demonstration to trial and close
  • Building and nurturing client relationships throughout the sales and post-sales cycles.
  • Contributing to the growth and development of our product by providing feedback from conversations with your customers and prospects
  • Engaging with the Sales and business leadership to coordinate marketing and sales activities
  • Updating the CRM to document all activities on opportunities and follow-ups.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience including solid experience in a SaaS solution sales roles dealing with senior stakeholders
  • You have prior experience in a full-cycle sales experience selling B2B SaaS with an exceptional track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • You are a natural problem solver and a strong business advisor with demonstrated experience in influencing senior stakeholders
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization
  • You are comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM (eg. Salesforce)
  • You are results-driven, tenacious, and a strong team player
  • You have an amazing track record of success, are highly goal-driven, and work well in fast-paced environments
  • You will be part of a fully remote and internationally distributed team and as a result, can be based anywhere -as long as you have good internet connectivity!
