Job Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Support supervisor in carrying out Group HR projects
- Act as liaison with both internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute ideas on ways to most efficiently achieve department goals
- Conduct research on industry best practices relating to employee benefits, learning & development, etc.
- Analyze confidential data and propose action plans based on the data findings
- Ad-Hoc HR BAU duties
Job Requirements
To thrive and be successful in this role, you must have / be:
- Familiar with Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerBi, Power Automate, Word and PowerPoint
- Proactive and keen to learn attitude
- Able to plan and manage projects
- Attentive to details.
