ASE Education Group, headquartered in Singapore with branches in Melbourne, Australia, and China, is an educational training institution that combines online and offline teaching. It owns several brands, including ASE Learning, ASE Academy, ASE Overseas, and Vision Chinese Academy.

Responsibilities:

• To develop, manage and maintain strong relationships with Customers.
• Responsible for course schedule adjustments and updates to ensure effective use of classroom and teacher resources.
• Assisting the Customer Service Manager in developing and managing the team to achieve set KPIs and Targets through the delivery of high levels of customer service experience.
• Developing, handling and answering feedback and complaints from the customers and using this feedback to improve customer experience.
• Act as a brand guardian for online and offline communications.
• Provide administrative support for the office; maintain files and organize documents
• Any ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in customer relations or related fields
• Meticulous with a creative flair
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Responsible, proactive and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
