About the Role:
We are looking for a Relationship Lead in our Singapore office. The position will support our current commitment to the development and management of our partners in Singapore and the region. You will be working on deepening our existing relationships and building a new business roadmap with our partners. Our partners are government agencies, private companies and industry experts.
About your responsibilities
- Develop partnerships and manage relationships with government and private sector stakeholders
-Improve the way CFTE is being perceived and the overall satisfaction of all our partners
- Accelerate sales cycle and discover new opportunities / contribute to and execute the company's overall strategy
- Give feedback to the product development team & marketing team for product improvements
About you:
- Ownership and accountability: you will be managing the external relationships of CFTE and our stakeholders in Singapore and the region. We expect someone who takes pride and ownership of their responsibilities. Especially so in such a crucial area of CFTE.
- Work ethics: flawless execution is something we expect, we can afford no mistakes in dealing with stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Any new role and projects come with challenges, you need to be a natural problem solver
- Process-driven with the ability to see the bigger picture and build communication processes with all our partners
- Excellent relationship and communication skills, both verbal and written
- An understanding and passion for Finance, Tech and Upskilling
