• Post advertisements on various job portals (Jobstreet, MyCareersFuture)
• Shortlist profiles based on hiring manager’s requirements
• Conduct the 1st level pre-screening for candidates who meet the requirements
• Arrange interviews between line managers and candidates
• Send interview invites and meeting links to line managers and candidates / book meeting rooms
• Liaise with selected candidates and collect their documentation for validation
• Assist to prepare Letter of Appointments, monthly reports eg headcount, absenteeism and OT reports
• Oher administrative duties including filling, photocopying, scanning of documents
