INTERN – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & INDUSTRY ANALYTICS
Hybrid (Bishan / Remote) • Full-time preferred
What You’ll Tackle
Market Deep-Dives – map key verticals (tuition, F&B, home services, health & wellness, etc.) and decode their pricing levers, promo cycles, and seasonality.
Heavy Data Intake – scrape, import, and clean large datasets (ratings, competitor prices, promo calendars) to fuel dashboards and insight memos.
Tag Taxonomy & Metadata – design and maintain “tag fields” that classify services by level, subject, location, delivery mode, add-ons, and more.
Opportunity Sizing – size TAM / SAM / SOM; highlight whitespace where Quickly’s escrow, transparent pricing, or bundled offers can win.
Business Outreach – craft one-pagers, ROI calculators, and pitch decks; support cold-reach and partnership meetings with early merchants.
Competitive Tracking – monitor local & regional aggregators, log fee changes, new features, and strategic moves.
Workflow Automation – streamline repeated scraping, cleaning, and visualisation tasks with SQL, Python, Airtable, or similar tools.
Ideal Profile
Undergraduate in Business, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
Fluent in Excel/Sheets plus at least one analytical tool (SQL, Python, or a BI platform).
Naturally curious about how services are priced and promoted—loves reverse-engineering business models.
Strong communicator; able to turn messy numbers into crisp stories and visuals.
Bonus: prior exposure to marketplace, e-commerce, or SaaS projects.
