Theatre Executive (5-day Work Week)
You will attend to patrons’ requests and enquiries, and perform all related customer service functions to provide excellent support to customers. In addition, you will be responsible for the security of cash, tickets and equipment in the Cineplex, as well as perform duties in box office, concession and ushering. You will also operate the automated ticketing system and assist in cinema telephone information services.
To be successful in this role, you should possess relevant certification with 1 year related experience in the hospitality industry. You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. You must be able to perform rotating shifts including night shift, to work on weekends and public holidays.
