The Role
As a Project Management Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our Project Managers in the seamless planning and execution of diverse client projects. You will be exposed to our three core service pillars:
- Digital Learning (E-learning development and LMS)
- Language Services (Translation and Localization)
- Global Creative Design
Key Responsibilities
- Project Support & Execution: Assist Project Managers in the end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of client projects to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with internal IT, engineering, and creative teams to coordinate technical project activities.
- Consultative Support: Provide professional advice and tailored solutions to meet specific client requirements.
- Client Presentations: Deliver presentations regarding Verztec’s background, success stories, and specialized service offerings.
- Communication & Reporting: Help develop project timelines and milestones while providing regular, effective status updates to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Eligibility: Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are welcome to apply.
- Education: Minimum Diploma qualification or higher.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided. This role offers excellent exposure to various industries and large-scale global projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with digital learning tools is a plus.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset and a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or client account management is an advantage.
