As an Operations & Customer Service Intern, responsible for Interacting, conducting various duties with the Customer Service Centers. Responsible for Customer queries, assisting with the individual needs & carrying out audits on queries from all support channels.
Your Tasks
1. Responding to all customer/user queries that come through all support channels
2. Verified & prescreened all customer/user queries
3. Used problem-solving skills, determined problems, and understood fundamental parts of the problem in order to resolve customer service related queries
4. Identify tool and product changes and collaborate with the specific teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
1. Polytechnic and university undergraduates from a business, customer service or operations background are preferred.
2. Outstanding communication skills, especially in written form.
3. Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good initiative and self-motivation.
4. Proficiency in Google Suite & MS Office (MS Excel, Words and PowerPoint).
5. Able to converse in Thai.
6. Able to commit at least 1 month
