Responsibilities
Carro is looking for a hardworking, passionate, meticulous individual to be part of our accounting team.
Carro is committed to making your internship a fruitful learning experience, so the exact responsibilities you will be entrusted with will consider your abilities, interests and tasks that need to be completed.
Basic responsibilities include:
- Monitoring & updating schedules
- Assist with updating daily sales reports
- Assist with preparing financial statements
- Processing Staff expense claims
Requirements Essential:
- Diligent and meticulous
- Optimistic - Basic knowledge of Accounting/ Finance
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
Desirable: - Managed and closed 3 books (Balance Sheet, Cashflow, P&L)
- Familiar with Quickbooks (or equivalent) for regular management accounts
- Familiar with GST and accounting for it on the books
- Familiar with managing inter-co transactions and accounting for them
- Familiar with managing books (ideally even taxes) across other neighbouring regions (such as Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia)
