Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- In-charge of clearing and setting tables and preparing outlet for operation
- Attends to phone calls or walk in for reservations and other related queries
- Provides recommendation from the menu to guests
- Attends to guest’s order of food & beverage
- Maintains cleanliness of the restaurant /café
- Any other F&B service as and when assigned by Supervisor or Manager
Job Requirements
- GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level or equivalent
- Food service experience with general knowledge of restaurant/café operations preferred
- Certified competent in WSQ basic food hygiene course or other mandatory food hygiene courses stipulated by the authorities
