Job Description

Responsibilities 

  • Assist current team to handle annual statutory audit.

  • Assist with data entry, record and maintain accurate and complete financial records.

  • Assist with preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents.

  • Handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.

  • Help to compile and analyze data, track information.

  • Assist on migration of financial data from Xero to Oracle Netsuite accounting system. 

  • Shadow members of the Accounting department as they perform their duties.

  • Involve in finance transformation projects.

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior. 

 

Requirements 

  • Preferably a recent graduate or actively working in the area of Accounting.

  • Satisfactory completion of introductory accounting courses and a basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.

  • Aptitude for math, proficiency with computerised software and applications.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.

  • Motivated and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
