Responsibilities
Assist current team to handle annual statutory audit.
Assist with data entry, record and maintain accurate and complete financial records.
Assist with preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents.
Handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
Help to compile and analyze data, track information.
Assist on migration of financial data from Xero to Oracle Netsuite accounting system.
Shadow members of the Accounting department as they perform their duties.
Involve in finance transformation projects.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements
Preferably a recent graduate or actively working in the area of Accounting.
Satisfactory completion of introductory accounting courses and a basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
Aptitude for math, proficiency with computerised software and applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
Motivated and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
