General Description Of The Role
This internship will be an excellent opportunity to understand various aspects of Customer Service & logistics with hands on experience.The ideal candiate should posses strong analytical skills , an eye for details, problem solving capabilities and a keen interest in learning about customer service and logistics process.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in developing and managing SOP for supply chain process
- Manage monthly and weekly reporting process for Customer Service & Logistics team
- Work with the local CS&L team to automate reporting process and drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in the analysis and optimization of customer service & logistics process to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Co-ordinate and support other suppy chain projects to drive efficiency.
- Act as a back up for Customer Service and Logistics team as required or during month end closures
- Participate in the monitoring of order fulfillment, shipment, and delivery processes to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Other duties as assigned
Experience & Skills
- Advance Microsoft Office Skills (Execl & Powerpoint)
- Proficieny in data analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in English, other Asia language will be added advantage
- Good communication skills both written & verbal
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Team player who thrives in a self-directed, collaborative and fast paced environment
