Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare consultancy deliverables such as reports, slide decks, and training materials.
• Assist in HR and business consultancy projects.
• Support client training programs and conduct training sessions as needed.
• Translate documents between English and Chinese.
• Manage WeChat account
• Conduct customer interviews and document their stories.
• Ensure timely communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding project matters.
• Provide HR operations, payroll, and recruitment services to long-term clients as an HR Retainer.
• Assist in preparing for partner events and business development activities.
• Manage tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Initiative and accountability in work.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese writing.
