Job Description

• Ensure specified procedures and guidelines are followed for the completion of all sample registration work. This includes unpacking, submission checking, temperature verification, correct storage and preparation of samples for despatch to the various departments within the laboratory or outsourced entities.
• Ensure that the document filing/archiving system is maintained and files are archived on a regular basis.
• Ensure that the return of chilly bins meets customer requirements.
• Ensure that the Team Leader Customer is aware of any issues regarding customers’ samples or test requirements or task procedures.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area and storage areas within the laboratory designated areas.
• Ensure that all laboratory and regulatory quality assurance procedures are adhered to.
• To uphold the integrity and professional reputation of both and that of the laboratory and exercise professional judgement and seek advice from senior staff with difficult issues.

Job Requirements

• Currently studying courses directly applicable to the industry
• Proficient in MS Office& Excel
• Good organization and communication skills
