Job Responsibility:
A residential concierge is the face of esteemed property developments in Singapore, we are looking at meticulous, pleasant, cheerful, energetic, positive, and hardworking candidates to apply to come on board as a residential concierge.
As a concierge, you will be tasked to
- Provide excellence in customer service and satisfaction.
- Deliver the BUTLER standard of service standards and experiences
- Ensuring the wellbeing and maintenance of the development.
- Stocking up of pantry and towels
- Greeting Residents
- Providing Concierge services
- Morning and Evening coffee and pantry services
Benefits:
- Starting salary from $2300 - $2700/month

Job Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who entails the following
- Minimum "O" level certificate
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Hospitality/Service industry
- Passion for customer service and service excellence
- Strong teamwork and responsibility in duty.
- Uphold high standards and presentation during work.
- Strong discipline in the administration process and reporting
- Prior Concierge experience is a plus, for non-experience candidates training will be provided.

L1: Concierge ($2300-$2700/month)
L2: Assistant Supervisor (>$2700/month)
L3: Supervisor (>$3000/month)
L4: Assistant Manager (>$3500/month)
L5: Manager (>$4000/month)
