Burson-Marsteller (SEA) Pte Ltd – Intern

The intern is a support-level position.  He/she supports the client servicing teams by working on task-oriented projects.  He/She will be assigned to specific accounts, and might be asked to support other account teams from time to time.  Intern must have excellent organizational skills and can adapt to multiple assignments and deadlines as well as an environment that changes frequently.  For specific projects, the main tasks include

• Scan daily, weekly, monthly and on-line publications to identify client-relevant media coverage, including competitive market and industry information
• Prepare clipping reports and summaries as needed by teams and client

Skills Requirement

• Proficient in the use of computer programs, including Microsoft Office
  (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Proficient in using office equipment (eg.  printer, copier, fax)
• Performs detail-oriented work
• Excellent organization skills
• Good oral communication skills
• Ability to work as member of a team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to organize and prioritize work at all times, including high priority,
  and high pressure situations
• Ability to complete projects within budgeted time
• Professional and pleasant interpersonal skills including telephone, team meetings, client interaction, etc
