Customer Service Officer (Part Time)
We are looking for Part-Time Customer Service Officers to join our growing team at our Punggol Safra outlet on weekends.
As Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for simple administrative duties such as:
- Collecting fees, registering new students
- Checking attendance records
- Dealing with sales enquiries, liaising with parents and existing students, and
- Handling Email, Phone and walk-in enquiries
- Any duties as assigned
You must possess proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Proven work experience in a customer service role is preferred. Passion for kids and engaging parents are a plus.
Schedule:
- Part-Time
- 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Weekdays (Tuesday - Friday) and Weekends (either Saturday or Sunday)
