Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Craft compelling, platform-specific content for Telegram, Instagram, and Twitter in both English and Chinese that engages and informs our audience.
• Community Management: Actively engage with our community, respond to inquiries, and facilitate discussions to enhance user experience and brand loyalty.
• Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective social media strategies that align with our goals and target both English and Chinese-speaking audiences.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track social media metrics, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.
• Trend Awareness: Stay current with trends in social media, blockchain, and the broader tech landscape to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.
• Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives across all platforms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other teams, such as product development and customer support, to ensure alignment in messaging and address community needs.

Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management, particularly with Telegram, Instagram, and Twitter, ideally within the tech or blockchain sectors.
• Web3 Knowledge: Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications is a plus.
• Creative Skills: Strong writing and storytelling capabilities, with an eye for visually appealing content and graphics.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in social media analytics tools; ability to interpret data to drive strategy and improvements.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment while managing multiple projects.
