Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated Data Analyst to join our team, working in a 3-shift rotation (Morning, Noon, and Night). This position is open to fresh graduates eager to apply their analytical skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze trading data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports and visualizations to communicate insights related to trading performance, market trends, and user behavior.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including trading, marketing, and IT, to support data-driven initiatives and strategies.
• Monitoring: Continuously monitor exchange performance metrics, ensuring data accuracy and integrity in real-time.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc analyses to address specific business questions or issues as needed.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for optimizing data collection and reporting processes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience: Previous experience in data analysis is a plus, but not required; strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn are essential.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Shift Rotation:

• Candidates must be willing to work in a 3-shift rotation:
  • Morning Shift: 6 AM - 2 PM
  • Noon Shift: 2 PM - 10 PM
  • Night Shift: 10 PM - 6 AM
